August 2022 I went to Walmart at 5010 N. 95th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85305, phone number 62387200584 a new battery and four new tires. I recently had the battery replaced a year later as it was still under warranty. My tires are still under warranty and I expressed on 20 October that the tires were concerning. The gentleman that assessed my cars on that date stated that the tires were in great condition. I made him aware that I had went to brakes plus and they to had concerns about the tires. I called the same store on November 18 and spoke with ** who stated that he was a manager in the automotive department. I expressed my concerns and he told me to bring my car in and that they will take care of it.

When I arrived, I spoke with a cashier in automotive, an older lady. I made her aware that I spoke with ** and he told me to bring my car in. By this time, ** was walking to the back with a plate of food in his hands. She made him aware that I had arrived, he stated that he was going to lunch. She then paged, **, ** is a customer care team leader in automotive. He he walked outside with me and deemed my car safe to drive. I showed him video of my tires and how they were splitting. He stated that the tires are fine and he sees nothing wrong with them.

At that point I asked to speak with a manager. ** the manager was on lunch as he left the area about 10:20 AM. I was willing to wait as I arrived at the store about 1015am. ** stated that ** was still on lunch, I made him aware that I was willing to wait to speak with him. I figured his lunch was an hour so I was willing to wait because his return should’ve been 1130 if his lunch is an hour hour at 1130am. ** lets him know that I am waiting and ** comes back to tell me he will be unavailable for a while. This, let me know that ** has chosen not to make resolution to this situation. It was at this time that I requested to have the contact information for a district manager. ** stated that he did not have that information. He then reached out to ** who is a coach.

Based on Walmart’s Coach Criteria, A coach supports their team by making sure their goals align to the goals of the business. They communicate with leads about their team's performance and plans on how to improve the business performance. None of that took place. ** quickly stated that the reason for my tire issue is improper care. It does appear that ** does not have a background in automotive. He rubbed my tires and stated that they were uneven. That is not true and I have pictures and two other people who have backgrounds and automotive that would be the differ. He stated at one point that I needed an alignment. I provided to him and **, the date of my last alignment which was August 2022. He then stated that I have not been rotating my tires so I made him aware that I have documents in my car and that I could also call Earnhardt Avondale to confirm that I have been getting frequent oil changes and tire rotations at their vicinity.

I explain to ** and ** that I have a warranty on my vehicle and that when I have repairs done the warranty company request documents on proper car care before they will do the repair. ** then stated, insinuating, that Earnhardt of Avondale has not been rotating the tires, and that they are documenting that they have. I explained to him that what he is doing is speculating as he is not there. I no longer allow Walmart to perform my oil changes because on one of my vehicles, they messed up my oil pan, which was calling leakage. They also forgot to put the screw back on closing the oil pan. ** was also made aware that it is not fair for him to speculate as I had brought this very same car to Walmart for a nail repair. I explained to him that once a week since that nail repair I have been going to discount tire to get air in that very same tire.

** returned to the inside of the store pulling warranty, this was after closing the door, talking to **. He then brought out a piece of paper, looking at the back of it, and then said that it was improper repair and that the warranty will not cover it. This is speculation as ** was not at the dealership during my repair. I have receipts/documentation so his speculation should be no merit. ** provided the number to customer service as the Walmart store number, me that’s incompetence. I made him aware that that is not acceptable as that is the store number.

I then googled the number for customer service and made a complaint. I was informed that I would return a call back within three days. Monday, November 20, 2023. No call, on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 no call and on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. No call. I assume that Walmart was closed due to Thanksgiving which was Thursday but on Friday, November 24, 2023 no calls. On November 27, 2023. I made a call to Customer Service making them aware that I waited three days and that no one called me. I was then made aware that my concern would be expedited and that someone would give me a call in three days. I do not think it’s fair for me to have to wait another three days just to see if someone would call to resolve the matter. I made that very clear during the call.
