Ive had two bad experiences here,and won't beback.Amanda was very rude and unfriendly this time,I was nice through the whole process.All Ican say isI left ina very lousy mood!Learn tosmile and have friendly customer service.

This place isthe best!! Weare sofortunate tohave this place. Amanda and her staff have been incredible. Ihave seen these people bed over backwards toget stuff done for people. I’ve had stuff done ina quick, efficient, manner and always with ahuge smile ontheir face! Ilove the entire staff and can’t bemore thankful for them!!

Wouldn't ship ascope even though itis 100% legal todoso. Scopes and other optics are not aregulated item like serialized firearmsare. Not the individual employees fault, owners are toblame.

Thank you for bringing this issue toour attention. Unfortunately, the transportation ofammunition and firearms islimited through The UPS Store locations (this also includes parts such asscopes). The UPS Store and UPS are two separate entities. Our retail stores are individually owned but our corporate offices have not allowed any ofthe stores inthe nation toship firearms (or related items). Iassure you this isnot alocalized issue but acorporateone. Asthe owner ofthe Sheridan storewe have run into these frustrations ourselves when weneeded toship our firearms/scopes. Ihave escalated these complaints tothe corporate level, and will continue todoso. Some ofThe UPS Store owners inUT,WY,ID, and MThave also attempted todispute this issue. Iwould suggest contacting the UPS hub warehouse directly about getting the proper label toship ascope, ortry toget aprepaid label from the company receiving your scope. Wewant toapologize, and acknowledge that this situation isvery inconvenient for our customers. -Marc… – show

im not tohappy. iget meals sent tome weekly and for the last month mymeals have been broke open because the person isdropping mybox onthe ground.tonight they needed topick upsome boxes and hewas very rude.

Hi Brenda, The UPS Store isthe retail location, wedon't deal with the delivery oflocal packages. The UPS hub/warehouse, onAirfield lane, manages all the local trucks and deliveries here inSheridan. I sent apackage at1pmfor 2day ship toCalifornia— costed me$90— the label was printed 4hours later and itwas inCasper atthe 48hour mark. Expected toarrive 7days after Itook itto UPS store onCoffeenAve. Bummed.......changed to3stars asonce myreview was noticed byowner, hereached out toapologize and explain. Seemed honest and heartfelt— myexperience sounds like not the usual experience.

We had been dealing with alost shipment issue due tostore mislabeling from previous owners for months that added upto years with noluck orsatisfaction whatsoever. Ihappened tobe inthe store todeal with this issue yet again on12/3/2018and the new owner was onsite. Helooked into the issue and dealt with itwithin acouple ofhours. Wecan not begin toexplain how appreciative weare ofthe new management style illustrated byhim.
