I have been going here for around 2 years! I have had a few different great nail techs in that time period, Cassie who is a doll! She always did the best dip powder on me! She is now in a manager position! And most recently Wenna! Wenna is amazing at what she does! I get a gel package, she does a great pedicure and always does the best job on the crazy nail art I present to her! She always takes her time and makes sure they’re perfect! I love this salon so much I will never go to a different one <33

I’ve been here a few times for pedicures and usually never had an issue my grandfather comes here every two weeks for a pedicure and never has an issue but today my mother and i went for pedicures trying to have a relaxing time we were asked 6 times in the middle of our service if we wanted to pay now or when we were leaving. And i had to say 6 times I’ll pay when i leave. Why would i get up in the middle of my pedicure walk all the way to the front desk PAY then walk back to my seat? i don’t know if we looked like we were gonna run out of there without paying or something but it was incredibly rude and offensive even the customer next to us noticed we were asked so many times to pay in the middle of our service to the point where my mother said don’t worry we are going to pay i just want to enjoy my pedicure with my daughter. Apparently when you’re the only two Spanish women in the salon you look like you’re gonna run out on the bill. I got a regular $38 pomegranate pedicure but i noticed the paint on my big toe looked a little bubbly like she put too many coats on I asked very very politely if she could please fix it she told me I had to get up and tell the front desk. Again why am i gonna walk with wet toes from the back of the salon to the front desk just to walk back to the chair? She couldn’t just fix it. I asked her AGAIN if she could please fix my big toe there’s too much polish on it. She took her thumb nail dipped it in nail polish remover then went around my cuticle and said it’s fixed I looked at my mom and said okay it’s fine i just wanna pay and leave. Being that we spent $100 combined and they were so rude and didn’t want to fix my toe I gave her a smaller tip than usual because i was not happy with my service or the way my mother and i were treated especially since we are not ones to make a big deal or be rude we were very polite. i wanted just one toe fixed and they refused. They complained about the tip to my mother and when we left no one even said have a nice day. I will not spend my money ever again at this place and i will make sure others don’t either

I honestly loved this place at first because it’s very clean, well decorated and designed and everyone seems very friendly. However I don’t know if the products are old, or what but every time I get an acrylic fill in within days it chips, the colors smudge, or something happens making my nails look horrendous. I’ve never had this happen before. I also feel like the nail techs rush my nails because I’ll sit down next to someone after they’ve gotten there but I’ll be done way before them. Ehh don’t go here it’s a waste of time you’ll need to get your nails done every single week. Not worth it.

They put gel polish over my old gel polish. The next day half my nails had lumps which I now realize are bubbles. One week later I have to get a new manicure because the polish is coming off in chunks and my nails are sticky.
