How to access Delta Travelnet? ›

Using Delta Travelnet. Travelers using Delta's Travelnet application will log into apps.delta.com, and select the Travelnet link. The default search option is to show “All Direct Flights.” For more options, change the search parameters to “All Flights." This will show flights with connections as well as direct flights.

A Delta user ID/ 9-digit PPR number (Delta Passport ID) and password is used to access the system. Users who access DeltaNet or TravelNet will use those same sign-on credentials.

Delta Sync Wi-Fi is available from pushback to park. Once the boarding door closes, customers are free to connect to the onboard Wi-Fi network by selecting the “DeltaWiFi.com” network in their device's settings. After connecting, customers enter their SkyMiles number and password.

To access TravelNet:

Call TravelNet's Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-877-922-5246. You will need your TravelNet identification card which contains your policy number. 2. Provide the TravelNet representative with the exact location of your vehicle.

Check in online before arriving to airport

You can usually check in online starting 24 hours before departure. If checking luggage, you will need to bring your luggage to a staffed counter or checked luggage station once you arrive at the airport. Benefits of online check-in: Avoid potential check-in lines at airport.

The Passenger Name Record (PNR) will provide you with information about the real-time status of your booking. You will be able to know if your Delta tickets have been confirmed, or if you are on the waiting list. You will also have access to updates about the exact arrival and departure of Delta flights.

Customers on routes where Delta Sync Wi-Fi is available can log in using their SkyMiles credentials or enroll on board for a free SkyMiles account to access free Wi-Fi. A Wi-Fi Flight Pass is also available for purchase on board select international flights.

Up to 24 hours before departure, you can check in online. Select “Check In” in the page header or go to My Trips. If you aren't logged in, enter your confirmation number, SkyMiles number or credit card number to access your itinerary. You can print your boarding pass or get an eBoarding Pass on your mobile device.
