I wish I could remember his name, but when I donated on Saturday last week in the Silver section the man who assisted me was very attentive, polite and was also able to answer my questions to make me feel more at ease. Someone that just finished donating started bleeding through their armband, but he assured me that wouldn’t happen to me after he used two gauze pads on my arm and thoroughly it. Then he placed his hand on my shoulder and told me take care and have a good day. I really appreciated that. Again I can’t remember his name but he’s an awesome guy that worked in the Silver section on Saturday

The pay is so low when there is no promotions that its not worth all of the effort. The effort is that there are some very talented flabotomists working there. But there are a few that jab me wrong and end the donation abruptly every time they are assigned to me. When a more experienced flabotomist is available sometimes they can save the day. But when not…it goes very bad, bloody mess, major bruising, and suspended dontaions for up to 2 months. The more experienced flabotomists have never had an issue making my donation very pleasant. Really need more senior workers available to assist when needed and possibly more training for juniors. ALso I have no idea how to find, accept or see when a promo is available. My donations will be less frequent until we can get these things figured out. I will say the staff are very nice and the actual visit is pleasant. And the pros are great when they are assigned to me.
